The Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) is designed for career professionals and entrepreneurs looking to amplify their experience, learning from industry leaders in the Islamic economy.

The 2-day program will provide insights into building an organisation with Barakah and Ihsaan at its core that can be applied to a diverse range of environments. Whether you’re building your personal career, or building a new team, the leadership program provides you with access to experienced professionals sharing their journeys.

Develop your personal skills in our interactive workshop sessions, where you will work in groups to bring a business idea to life, with each member of the winning group winning a ticket to our upcoming GMW Doha event (worth $399)! There is also an Interview Masterclass so you can leave with a more confident approach to tackling these nerve-wracking moments, or what to look for when hiring your next team.
