Join the inaugural Unity In Action gathering at The New Medina in Tunisia, located inside a 1200-year-old ancient city of Sousse; a UNESCO World Heritage site that is active and living

Join like-hearted leaders from the NGO space for a four-day programme curated and facilitated by Oussama Mezoui & Sharif Aly, to spark conversation, address challenges and discover solutions in the non-profit space. The agenda will also include opportunities to connect with colleagues, the LaunchGood leadership team and experience the beautiful surroundings of Sousse including the historic Masjid Kairouan.

Abode

We’ll be staying in the historic town of Sousse with our programme held at the beautifully restored, The New Medina.

The Medina House contains a residency center for global belonging embedded with high-quality local experiences and has been a retreat destination for world-leading organizations, as well as award-winning professionals and change makers.

  • Monday 22nd April

    Upon arrival into Tunis, The New Medina team will have transfers to meet you and take you to your hotel.

    Your accommodation will be located a short walk from The New Medina in Sousse. In the evening, meet at The New Medina for a welcome dinner

    After Fajr, meet for breakfast before embarking on a full-day workshop. Sessions today include

    In the afternoon, we’ll embark on a walk in the old city of Sousse

  • Wednesday 24th April

    After Fajr and breakfast, we’ll begin this morning’s workshop including

    What is the role of a CEO?
    Challenges of leading a Muslim INGO

    After lunch, we’ll depart for an afternoon cultural experience visiting Kairouan Mosque. Return to Sousse for dinner and overnight.

    After Fajr, meet for breakfast before embarking on a full-day workshop. Sessions today include
