Day 1 : Welcome Dinner

Settle in with your new like-hearted tribe, and make connections at our welcome networking dinner to start the weekend, in the heart of Sydney.
As we prepare for a weekend of sessions and workshops, the GMW team will be teaming you up with your colleagues for the weekend to help you delve into personal goals and objectives for the program. It's a chance to reset after a long week meeting new companions, to prepare for the journey ahead.

Day 2 : Physical Health

9.00am : Arrivals -Traditional Archery at Maydaan, Australia's first club teaching the Asiatic Ottoman style of archery.
Engage in an exclusive and unique experience with master archer, Ustadh Ahmed Karat to learn, and test your skills in the beautiful outdoors.
12.00pm : Jummah prayer in the great outdoors delivered by esteemed Imam, followed lunch.

2.00pm : Depart for a Scenic tour with First Nations guide at Royal National Park , Sydney's heritage listed national park, and the second-oldest in the world! It boasts unique heritage attractions, beautiful trails, and stunning views, with fascinating birds and local flora along the way

Enjoy sunset reflections at The Royal before returning home.
Day 3 : Mental Resilience

9.00am : Arrivals and morning coffee
9.30am : Mindfulness//Heartfulness - workshop with Dr. Mohamed Ghilan. MD specialised in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, PhD in Neuroscience as well as founder of Optilife Health Clinic and Al-Andalus Academy.
12.00pm : Dhuhr prayer and a light lunch
2.00pm : Afternoon session and workshop with Dr. Rami Dawood, lifestyle medicine physician and founder of Āfiya Medical with specialisation in therapeutic lifestyle and clinical management, and a rich background in biochemistry, mind-body medicine, and pharmacognosy.
4.30pm: Soulful Sustenance: The Role of Nutrition in Wellbeing, with Mariam Metwally, an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in the area of fertility and nutrition, and launched her own private practice Tayyib Nutrition.
Day 4 : Spiritual Wellbeing

9.30am : Arrivals at the Prince Henry Centre at Little Bay for coffee with a view
10.00am : Spiritual Resilience: Building Inner Strength and Connections with Allah by Asma Yusra. With 10 years of experience in innovative project and program design across the public and private health sectors, Asma is also the co-founder of Mizan Avenue. Established for the quest for balance many in the West aspire to reach, Mizan Avenue endeavour to create a holistic space that allows people from all walks of life the opportunity to learn more about Islam.
12.00pm : Light lunch and dhuhr prayer. Time to walk along Little Bay for a mental breather
2.00pm : Group Workshop : Designing Your Wellbeing Blueprint: Integrating Mind, Body, and Spiritual elements for the year to come. This is your chance to implement your learnings into a practical framework with Ustadha Sahar Dandan
4.00pm : Depart Little Bay to Gould Studio for our closing reflections, a gentle beach walk and Maghrib prayer.
